Hi, I’m Kate from Communikates Coaching. I help non-native English speakers who already have a good command of English express themselves more clearly and confidently in interviews. Interviewing is a skill in itself, and I guide you to communicate your experience with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Having lived in Argentina for nearly two decades, I understand the challenges of expressing yourself clearly in a language that’s not your mother tongue. I’ve faced those same struggles such as knowing what you want to say but searching for the right words, worrying about sounding too formal or vague, and the frustration of not quite capturing your true abilities under pressure. This personal experience inspires my passion for helping others overcome language barriers and communicate their value with confidence.

I spent 7 years as a recruiter in London, learning exactly how hiring decisions are made — and what makes a candidate stand out.

English language training expertise

After qualifying as a TEFL teacher and travelling through Central and South America, I settled in Argentina, where for nearly 20 years I’ve helped professionals across Latin America improve their English communication skills. I have also supported many clients in preparing for important job interviews in English.

CV writing & job interview coaching

For the past three years, I’ve been freelancing for an agency as a writer and interview coach, crafting Executive CVs and LinkedIn profiles while supporting professionals from senior management to C-suite levels prepare for interviews across diverse industries.

Career coaching

To bring it all together, I certified as a career coach. I’m able to help you with more than just interview skills and language — supporting you to clarify your personal brand and goals, build confidence in your story, and create personalised strategies to navigate your job search with clarity and purpose.
